These industrial ovens are built with high-tech insulation ceramic fiber , which prevents heat loss thereby saving energy .
Its construction in monoblock form overrides the appearance of thermal bridges with the outside.
This type of oven gets to the curing temperature by heating the air by electric heaters inside the enclosure where the pieces are placed.
Available aluminized resistors with fins to allow for a heat transfer to the environment . The type of rectangular fins and the high thermal conductivity of aluminum , ensures minimal thermal gradient between the surface temperature of the tube and the air temperature
In our case we have two groups of six resistors , and has two engines that give each movement to a fan :
